Basket strainer FMK+ 250 – DN80
The FMK basket strainer is a device designed to capture waterborne solid contaminants in central heating systems, district heating networks, and district heating substations. Their use ensures the proper operation of heat exchangers, pumps, boilers, and other system equipment by preventing the deposition of contaminants, which remain in the filter basket and are easy to remove. Purification of the media stream involves the mechanical separation of solid particles (e.g., gravel, particles from pipe corrosion) in the filter element, which is a removable basket. The basket is made of perforated stainless steel and a 500 μm filter mesh. The device body is made of powder-coated steel. The strainer is equipped with a manual vent and a drain valve. Additionally, to ensure the capture of ferromagnetic contaminants, the device can be equipped with a magnetic insert.
